in-person Yoga

Bloom yoga studio Chicago

I see yoga as a practice that helps you care for your whole self—body, mind, and spirit—while expanding how you move and exist in the world. My classes inspire curiosity about the mind-body connection and support students in unlearning habitual patterns, exploring movement, breath, and meditation, and embracing their wholeness.

My teaching blends traditional yoga with contemporary movement practices, always grounded in mindfulness. These sessions are designed to help you uncover your inner resources, resilience, and personal power.

Meditation offerings draw from Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, Self-Compassion Meditation, The Power of Awareness, and The Realization Process®, creating space for presence, reflection, and growth.

Yoga is also my lifelong learning journey. I continually refine my approach by drawing on insights from my daily practice, my students, and experts in movement, therapy, and mindfulness.

Yoga is not something that you do. Yoga is a practice, a continuous manifestation on and off the mat. It is a commitment to yourself and a journey through the self. It is a vessel for your personal unfolding, transformation and growth.
