What to Expect in a 1-on-1 Session

Each session is a chance to slow down, tune in, and create space for what your mind and body most need. We begin by noticing what’s present in the moment—whether that’s physical sensations, emotions, or patterns of thought—and gently follow the cues of your nervous system.

Rather than staying only in your head, this work invites you into your body, where lasting transformation happens. Your story matters, but we won’t get stuck replaying it. Instead, we’ll explore how your body holds and expresses experience, uncovering new pathways for release, resilience, and growth.

My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing®, developmental coaching, and other body-centered methods such as Parts Work, Polyvagal practices, movement, breathwork, and guided meditation. Together, these tools create a safe and supportive container, tailored to you, where healing and growth can unfold at your own pace.

As your nervous system finds more regulation and your awareness expands, you may notice:

What is Somatic Experiencing® (SE™)?

Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) is a body-based approach to healing that helps gently release the effects of stress and overwhelm held in the nervous system. Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, it’s grounded in the understanding that trauma isn’t just about what happened—it’s about how our body responded and what may still be unresolved inside us.

SE creates a safe space for your body to complete what it couldn’t at the time of a difficult experience. By working with the nervous system in a slow, respectful way, it helps restore a natural sense of balance, safety, and ease.

Rather than focusing on retelling your story, SE invites you into the present moment. This allows your body to unwind old patterns and gradually expand your capacity for resilience, connection, and vitality.

What is developmental coaching?

Developmental coaching is about more than reaching goals—it’s about expanding who you are as a person. Instead of just fixing problems or aiming for quick results, this approach focuses on how you grow over time: in your self-awareness, your relationships, your work, and your sense of purpose.

It invites you to look at the deeper patterns, beliefs, and values that shape how you see the world and how you show up in it. With guidance and support, you begin to develop new perspectives and capacities that allow you to navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.

Clients often turn to developmental coaching when they feel ready for change—whether in their career, relationships, or personal journey—but sense that simply “trying harder” isn’t enough. This process helps you build the inner resources to adapt, expand, and thrive in ways that last.

At its heart, developmental coaching is about growth from the inside out—helping you evolve into the fullest version of yourself, so you can live with more alignment, freedom, and fulfillment.

    In our initial sessions, we will focus on establishing clear intentions and a framework for our work together. We will co-create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. Our progress will be guided by your pace to establish mutual trust and rapport.

    By fostering trust with your physiology, we will get to know your unique nervous system, identify conditioned patterns and internal blocks that impede your present life flow, state of being and where you want to be. We will take personalized action to illuminate healing, internal shifts and tangible transformation.

    To enhance our work together, we will incorporate integrative practices and exercises that extend beyond private sessions. This approach will help you develop self-agency and empowerment as you work towards achieving your major goals and personal intentions, whether it’s your physical or emotional well-being, or your personal or professional life.

I believe that healing, growth, and embodied transformation should be accessible to everyone. To support the diverse financial situations of my clients, I offer a sliding scale payment model. This approach is built on trust and equity.

Session Investment (60 minutes, virtual or in-person): $ 100 - $140

*I can travel to your home for an additional fee.
